1. Who we are

2. Orders & contract

By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. All prices include applicable EU VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are stated on our Shipping & Returns page. Orders may be dispatched from a fulfilment warehouse located outside your country; the stated delivery times account for this.

4. Right of withdrawal & guarantee

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery (see Shipping & Returns for the withdrawal button and full instructions). In addition, we voluntarily offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

5. Legal warranty

The statutory warranty for defective goods applies (2 years in the EU). Defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

6. Product use

Corklet is a corkscrew with a sharp spiral tip. Keep out of reach of small children. Not a toy. Use only as intended for opening bottles.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

8. Disputes

EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
